Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. It removes the data tied to your Dietrack account. If you only need a break, you can stay signed in and come back later, nothing here is required.

What is permanently deleted

Personal profile and login credentials
Meal and nutrition logs, including Progress
Saved recipes and meal plans
Pantry and fridge inventory
Connected services (including Health connections)
Support history

Backups are purged within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

The in-app path is the fastest: open Dietrack → Account → Delete account. You’ll confirm in the app before anything is removed.
